Mark your calendars and plan to join us in this great and good work. \nTentative Agenda \n\n• 9 am – Membership Engagement hosted by Brother Brad Batdorf of Montgomery Lodge #258\, on the importance of lodge websites\, and social media pages.\n• 10 am – Membership Recruitment hosted by WB Jerry Brown\, and Brother Ross Gullickson of Mankato Lodge #12.\n• 11 am – Membership Retention hosted by WB Ross Johnson of Corinthian Lodge #67.\n• 12 pm – Lunch\n• 1 pm – Round table discussion hosted by Membership Chair\, David Hartman and featuring 7 brothers recently raised from lodges across the state who will speak on their experience in joining Freemasonry at their respective lodges.\n• 2 pm – Keynote speaker:  Jonathan A. Underwood\, Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina (Keynote topic:  Vision\, Values\, and Perception v. Reality)\n• 3:30 pm – Closing remarks by MWGM Tony R. Krall.\n\nThe day will also include informational booths and staff from all appendant bodies of Masonry who will be on hand to answer any questions about their respective organization. \nRegistration begins at 8 AM. DESCRIPTION:The 2023 One-Day-to-Masonry is scheduled to be held on January 21\, 2023\, at the Minneapolis Scottish Rite. \nAs with past One-Day-to-Masonry events\, this one will include a continental breakfast and a hearty lunch. All three degrees will be portrayed in full form. Brothers attending on the sidelines will enjoy the degree work every bit as much as the candidates will. \nThe total cost for candidates (not including lodge dues) is $250. This fee includes all degree fees and assessments\, white leather apron\, ritual cipher\, Minnesota Masonic Manual\, meals for the candidate\, and other items. \nAll Master Masons are invited and encouraged to attend. If a Brother just wants to stop in to witness some of the degree work\, no reservation is required; but if the Brother plans on staying for lunch\, a ticket is required. \nTHE DEADLINE FOR CANDIDATE REGISTRATIONS AND PURCHASING MEAL TICKETS IS WEDNESDAY\, JANUARY 11TH. \nFirst-line signers are asked to have the candidate complete a regular petition for the degrees. That petition must be sent to the local Lodge along with the required fee and a request to attend this One-Day-to-Masonry event.
