Investing now ensures your future leaders are prepared and empowered.

The Grand Lodge of Minnesota is excited to announce the expanded Masonic Leadership Academy, a dynamic program designed to develop, inspire, and prepare the next generation of Masonic leaders.

This newly enhanced offering now features three distinct leadership tracks tailored to your current or future role.

Training Tracks

LEADERSHIP I

formerly the JW Conference

Focused on building a strong foundation for leadership, this session equips Junior Wardens and other emerging leaders with the tools, insights, and confidence they need to succeed as a principal officer in the Lodge.

LEADERSHIP II [new]

designed for Senior Wardens

Designed to prepare Senior Wardens for the responsibilities of the East, this course provides practical guidance, planning strategies, and leadership training to support a successful year as Worshipful Master.

Note: Leadership I is a prerequisite to attend Leadership II.

LEADERSHIP III

formerly the AD/DR Conference

Tailored for appointed and elected Grand Lodge Officers and representatives, this track offers training, resources, and strategic development to ensure alignment with statewide initiatives and strong support for our constituent lodges.

Note: Participation in Leadership GL is by invitation of the Deputy Grand Master.
